I got up early this morning, it was still dark. I had to roll my trash cans out to the road for pick up. I dressed warmly, knew it was pretty cold. As I walked down the wooden steps, they creaked from the cold and it was very cold. 28 degrees. As I walked to the road and back (about 100 yards each way) I had some time to think. This basically the 1st of April or right at the door. I have a T shirt on, a flannel shirt over that, a dungaree shirt over that one an a nice warm coat and gloves and a hat. I use to water ski a lot back in the late 60s and earl 70s. A lot of water skiing. We would start water skiing the 3rd week of March. I would hate to think about water skiing out there today. Must be all of that Global Warming Stuff going on.
