I got very emotional today at our group trail run. I dont think I quite explained myself. We awarded one of the $100 Flight Centre Active Travel vouchers to Mohammed ( Razeq Shirzad Shirzad) ....for his commitment to the group and his amazingly positive attitude to trail running and life. But what actually made me tear up, is that all you people in our group, our beautiful trail running group, are so welcoming and supportive that I know I can tell anyone to come and join in the group and they will be embraced, encouraged and treated with kindness and respect. And that means the absolute world to Rich and I. Thank you everyone who is part of Melbourne Trail Runners. Thanks Josh Grocke for the vouchers!!!
