I guess I have too much faith in humanity…. As you may remember the last update on Snoopy was that the owner was going to come and get him. He told us he will come in July. We waited but no one came. We managed to finally reach the guy on the phone today and he said that he will come in August. We told him that Snoopy can not stay any longer and informed him that Snoopy at risk of euthanasia, he was silent for a second and after that he said there is nothing he can do for the dog. He did not want to let him go, but at the same time he has no money to take care of him. At this point I think it is a waste of time to wait until Snoopys owner can find money and put his life together. Snoopy used to be quite aggressive at the beginning , but mainly due to the stress. If you take him out on the lead he is a fine dog. But he still needs work to be done on him. Snoopy is still very loyal to his owner, so for him switch of the owner would be hard thing to do. We are now looking for a foster/forever home for Snoopy. We can not afford any I will try, it has to be final decision of a person who will take him, no experiments, no tries. Snoopy is a dog who know feels betrayed and abandoned, he cant be betrayed and abandoned again. Snoopy is a white shepherd male, 4 years old.
