I had a LadyDiva refer to her journey as mess today. She spoke of herself as if she was a roach that God tolerated. The sad thing is... It wasnt her voice nor her language. It was the voice of the institution that taught her. If we arent teaching our children that God loves them... Likes them... Thinks their cool... How do we expect them to have a healthy self image? After all, their God image is screwed. The next time we point fingers at the seemingly unholy actions of people... Perhaps we should ask them what they were taught about God. Its hard to be perfectin the name of someone who you think merely tolerates you. This has become way to long so I will say this: God loves us. He really does. And you are GOOD. Your mess can be cleaned up and It doesnt wipe away Gods love for you. We are human. He is perfect. God is not against you. Lets Spread and apply that message and start it EARLY with our children❤️
