I had a awesome day today. Correctly did a procedure on a patient and that made me feel pretty darn good. Went to a friends house earlier and I was telling her about school and clinicals and she made the comment that I looked happy. And you know what? Shes right. I am happy. Stressed out and have a mental breakdown once a week, but still happy. lol This is the job that I know is for me. I am at complete ease in the clinical setting. Things that I would think would gross me out or make me uncomfortable have the opposite effect. Really enjoying your job is priceless. Loving what you do is so much better than doing something to just pay the bills. Really feel that God has truly called me into the nursing profession. Its hard, demanding, stressful and the hardest thing I have ever done. But totally what I was meant to do in my life. Just need to pass pharmacology first. Haha :)
