I had a discussion a while ago where someone said that you do not have to yield to an emergency vehicle when there is a cement or other type of barrier in between the lanes of travel. I disagreed and here is the reason why... if the vehicle and i had not have moved over the ambulance would have been trapped... as it was he barely fit by the 2 vehicles that did not have the courtesy to move over. Pull over IT IS THE LAW.
