I had a dream... Me: Kirk, did Jesus say For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.? Kirk: He did. Me: Did he also say, Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son; if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.? Kirk: He did. Me: I seem to remember several more of these explicit explanations of the how prayer worked by Jesus. Kirk: Yes, anything can be accomplished through Prayer. Jesus was very clear. Me: Ive got an idea. You pray for me to not kick your ass. Lets see how that works.
