I had a great time performing at the Williamsville Farmers Market this morning although, Id love to track down the old guy with the bicycle and the Farmers Market T shirt who put a quarter in my tip jar with a smirk on his face, thinking that hes being cute. Its one thing if thats all you have, but since he was drinking a coffee from the gourmet coffee roasters, I doubt it. Yes, the market pays musicians to perform, but tips are additional income and its an insult to working musicians everywhere when someone tips in such a fashion. I can only imagine what this person does at a restaurant. Please, spare me the change next time and dont tip me at all. I did manage to tell him that Id try not to spend it all in one place.
