I had a most rewarding conversation with the ever-memorable Laura Stolzer Bettis today, turned back some of the pages of time, and took a step or two down memory lane. Those who remember Laura, rest assured, the one you will see at the event is just as sweet as the one you see in your annual pages! Long story short.....Jim Barnes will NOT have to kidnap me after all and risk incarceration. I hope it will make some of you want to be there (and I hope it wont make others want to stay away, LOL!) But its official now -- Barbara and I will be at the Castle on Sat., September 13. Thanks to Laura, Pam, and everyone with the Class of 1974 for your hospitality and invitation to ours and other MHS classes to join you for what Im sure will be a reunion to remember.
