I had a post outlining this very thing last week!! We are isolating and not present. We say beautiful things on line that we dont say in person. The virtual reality is not real but in our minds it has become norm. Today reach out to your real people. We have become lazy with group texts instead of personal phone calls. We say-- I dont have time to talk. What is more important than connecting with another human being? That is why we are here. Dont get me wrong-- I love FB and the convenience but I am addicted to technology and love it and sometimes forget to interact physically with others. We need that balance. No one can isolate and feel loved. Maybe that is why I am cat woman now!!
