I had an Wonderful Wing day at Anniston Middle School!! The instructional coach and I were assisting the 7th grade science teacher with chicken wing dissections and classroom management of a science lab. These 7th graders were very impressive! They not only used proper lab procedures, but also implemented their classroom knowledge to apply their skills! We coined the term chicken wing surgeons! What a passion we were instilling in 12-13 year olds! A huge shout put to Mrs. Houston for making a difference in the lives of these precious muddle schoolers!! However, I may NEVER eat chicken again!
