I had an experience that everyone should watch out 4. I just left the doctor because i passed out from inhaling to much cigarette smoke.i was straight till i stood up n felt light headed. I tried to make it to the door but fell trying to open it. Soon as i got some fresh air i was straight. But for 10 seconds i couldnt breath. She said Im in good health and No i dont smoke cigarettes but i do smoke black n milds. It was with my peoples but its no ones fault cuz ive been in plenty places with smoke in the air. The doc said second hand is just as worst so Im starting to see the truth n i encourage others to take consideration of your lungs n others. I never had that happen before but I challenge everyone now to start smoking outside or open a window. i guess my tolerance isnt as strong as it used to. i have an air purifier when i smoked in the house that helps. But Im taking this serious plus the doc said the lack of exercise shortens your breathing too. Im telling yall everything doc told me not to look down on those who smoke but to make sure yall smoke in well ventilated areas. Doctor Dottie thanks for the info. #Testi$ P.S.
