I had another great day of healthy eating. Planning in advance is a huge determinant to my success. I only have to break my ice cream addiction now. lol. Its not easy when the whole household shares the same addiction. Also all the fatty meat is out of my freezer so I have no temptation. I just have to avoid the junk food at work and Ill be fine. I can do this! I have at least a year to give it my best and if it doesnt work, I am on the list for gastric bypass surgery. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can do this on my own though. It will be a difficult, but rewarding journey. My physician stated that the prescriptions I am taking make it easy to gain weight and difficult to lose it. Bye, bye sugary, fatty foods!
