I had called my pastor, Roger thomas to discuss some work that needed done at the church. We ended up spending over an hour on the phone and I thank God that he truly ministered to me. He even saw some things that I go through each week that eat away at me inside, then gave me the proper prayer, insight and guidance. More ministers of God should consider this, to truly reach people and bring about healing youve got to go way past preaching on Sunday morning. You dont need an audience or some big out pour of emotion to bring about a breakthrough in someones life. The work of God is most often accomplished in the pastors office, at home, or on the phone. More people, more problems. If theyre schedule is too busy and their lifestyle is more like donald trump or oprah winfrey, perhaps they need to evaluate what motivated them in the first place. Btw, this us the second time a had church via telephone this week and I am truly grateful.
