I had forgotten that being a mommy to an infant meant the following things were luxuries: - alone time to have hair done - omg, Im desperate here - full night of sleep - awake on your own time / to bed on your own time - 10 minutes to get ready to leave the house vs. 45 - outdoor exercise in winter - outdoor exercise alone. period! - just going out...without planning every minute - shower without background screaming - more than 5 consecutive minutes of being seated w/o having to jump up and chase a little person - having boobs just for the fun of them- not for a purpose - not being thrown up on /pooped on - not worrying every minute that the little honey is happy, healthy and thriving - not wanting to strangle every person that tailgates you when the baby is in the car - shopping without eye-balling every nut and crazy, wondering who could be the most dangerous - quiet - having anything that belongs only to you - conversations that include words bigger than ahhhh or ooohhhhhh You know what? I wouldnt change one minute. I love you, little Bella!
