I had fun in the bush yesterday. I was all alone and at peace. I saw fish making ripples in the water by this small lake. I stood at the brow of this hill with granite rock everywhere when I heard honking from above. I looked up and I saw a flock of Canada geese, twenty or so, heading south for the winter. I watched them flying in a straight line and I remembered the verse from the Bible, And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Genesis 1:20. He created a beautiful World for us.
