I had not completed the previous post.....Now I want you to look at the life of Joshua BEFORE he removed his shoes and AFTER he removed his shoe in Joshua 5:13 onwards. Before here was a man who never fought any war by himself, he only fought as part of team work , he had no mantle of his own, his victory was in the lowest grace it was only AFTER the man removed his shoes in reverence for God as Moses his spiritual Mentor did that he was exalted, his preceding Conguest speaks of not just victory for the Nation but for glorification of the Man of God, Joshua never dealt with any public sin on others before this encounter, my question is how could he have dealt with the sin of ACHAN when his own shoes were dirty and accepted by him as way of life! Whoever you are listening to this word , your Initial calling is not to have people and minister to them but a call to holiness, REMOVE shoes before the Lord. If you have never done this you will have people but will lack the substance to make them enter canaan.
