I had such a fun morning talking to elementary school children about meditating and then leading them through a meditation. Some of the experiences were quite beautiful and magical, complete with vibrant colors, appearances of animals, and feelings of warmth, safety and happiness! Their creative minds are so open and so ripe for developing! Some children found it a challenge to connect with their imagination in that way and they opted to open their eyes yet they remained connected to the moment by observing their peers and remaining silent as they did so. It was just perfect, everyone ebbing and flowing together, doing what they needed to do in the present. Keep meditating, everyone! It really does foster peace. Blessings, Joanne
