I had the opportunity to work closely with Dilip Sankarreddy during the time he was studying MBA at the prestigious Booth School of Business at University of Chicago, about four years ago. He was among the founding members of People for Lok Satta and was its first national treasurer. He later left a lucrative job in US and returned to India to be a part of the Lok Satta movement and is now the partys MLA candidate in Malkajgiri. Dilip was honored last year as a speaker at the Harvards India Conference. A less known fact about smart, humble and affable Dilip is that he is a poet and published two collections of poems. Sincere, thoughtful, well-educated and committed people like Dilip are the need of the hour in Indian politics and legislative bodies. Best of luck Dilip!
