I had the pleasure today to do a little volunteer work with my frand Kimberly R Denmark, who also donated food, at BARK. I must say it is a JOB to keep these types of facilities going. From fresh water for each dog, feeding, cleaning out pins, walking, and keeping the pins safe and comfy for the furbabies...its all volunteer work and kept up by donations. We left sweaty and smelling of a mixture of dog poop and Clorox BUT with a fulfillment that we gave a helping hand. I DO NOT post this to brag but only to ASK that everyone consider volunteering...if you cant donate funds, food, cleaning supplies etc, donate your TIME. If you are looking for a new addition to your family they have what you need...lots of puppies, lots of Bullies, and some beautiful Heinz 57s☺ To Angie Aycock James thanks for showing us around and giving us an inside look at what you guys do...we will be back and maybe even convince our MEN FOLK to lend a hand too!
