I had to come and say good bye today although for me you will never be gone. Memories of your loving grace and light hearted playful soul will forever live on. I feel truly blessed to have had you in my life. Laying my head on your lap and listening to your life lessons as you gently caressed my hair. Family gatherings will never be the same again even though deep down we all know that nothing can keep your spirit away. In my youth you taught me to embrace my passionate free side through dance and music. Through your example I watched and learned to never dwell on fear. You flowed through life like a river and soared as free as a bird. Nobody could take that from you. No matter how challenging things got you never allowed life to harden your heart. You continued to laugh your sweet laugh and love your unconditional love. As I watched the room fill up with people coming to say their fair wells I realized how many lives you had touched through your journey. Now we must say our final good bye . We will cross paths again but for now having you as a guardian angel will have to do. I love you my sweet aunt. I know that not one day will go by that I dont think about you.
