I had to fence off my Herb garden and the area back to the melons yesterday cause the chickens free ranging are getting into those gardens and digging for worms and eating my herbs. Well today one of the hens got into the herbs by squeezing herself through a small space and was caught in the act again eating my herbs chased her out after moving the fence. I Grabbed a hold of her and looked her right in the face and said looks like you are going to be the first in the pot if you keep this up cause you are pre-seasoning yourself not sure if she got the hint but apparently there is something in there she really likes cause when I put her down she ran right over to the fence and started looking for a way back in (hahaha I closed it off).
