My neighbor filed a personal protection order against me because in her words Im a violent monster who beats my wife and kids everyday, plus apparently I threatened to shoot her. Im a truck driver gone 5 nights a week. Im the best neighbor you could ask for, when I am home I keep to myself and could care less about getting drunk (like they do every night). To cut my rant short, the judge wanted us to do remediation to solve our differences. I agreed to this she said absolutely not Ill just drop the whole thing then. I win.
