Over the beheading of American journalist James Foley, FOX News Host Andrea Tantaros made a statement about radical terrorists that has Muslims outraged, OUTRAGED DO YOU HEAR. “If you study the history of Islam. Our ship captains were getting murdered. The French had to tip us off. I mean these were the days of Thomas Jefferson. They’ve been doing the same thing. This isn’t a surprise. You can’t solve it with a dialogue. You can’t solve it with a summit. You solve it with a bullet to the head. Its the only thing these people understand. And all we’ve heard from this president is a case to heap praise on this religion, as if to appease them.” The Asian American Journalists Association is demanding an apology for the “irresponsible, inflammatory statements” from Tantaros that caused outrage in the Muslim world, claiming she’s perpetuating hate and Islamophobia. Andrea Tantaors took to Twitter, refusing to back down and gave no apology for telling the inconvenient truth that some wish to silence. Her Tweet stated: I will not apologize for speaking the truth about radical Islamic jihadism. Period. 12:55 pm 30 August 2014 If you can’t call ISIS evil when they are BEHEADING people, then at what point are American journalists allowed to make the claim? When Liberals hear things they don’t like, they immediately try to attack our First Amendment rights. As Conservative Tribune points out, Tantaros is right: America’s first war, and the creation of the U.S. Marines, were largely efforts against radical Islamic extremism by the Berber (or Barbary) Coast pirates two hundred years ago. The threat America faces today from radical Islam may be more global in its reach, but it is essentially the same at heart. Dealing with the threat required American military force then; it will require American force now. Free speech applies to all, even if you don’t agree with what was said. And we couldnt agree more.
