I had viral meningitis with suspected listeria in 2009 one month in hospital and still suffering with affects & health complications from it now chronic fatigue fibromyalgia and bipolar 2 all which I have been told was set of from the trauma from the meningitis. It has changed mine and my familys life forever & some ppl can be so naive & judgmental as they cant see the effects or pain it causes the people involved. There is not enough awareness or support out there. I am hoping fingers crossed to do the great London swim in august & raise money for meningitis now.
