I hate to start the day with a negative my lovelies but I feel that I am left with no choice. As you all know, I run Tutu tots by myself, all admin, making, packing and posting as well as taking care of my 5 munchkins and running my house. I work 7 days a week and work 18hr days. Its not unusual of me to be answering questions until 3am. Due to working 7 days per week I have no room for movement. Everyone is given a date for their order to be made, so payments for additional late order of accessories, measurements for dresses, and outstanding payments for large orders being late causes many problems for me. If I cant complete your order on the date you are booked in for then I have to re juggle my diary and other bookings to try and re accommodate you and this isnt always possible. Everyone has plenty of notice upon booking so there really is no excuse :/ . If measurements arent provided then I will no longer be waiting, I will make to my standard size for the age purchased, if money remains outstanding for large orders, again I will no longer be waiting and will be left with no choice but to cancel orders. Im sorry my lovelies but I just dont have the time to be kept waiting and re organising all of my bookings. I hope you can understand
