I have 2 rooms for rent in a 3-bedroom basement suite in Bayshores, and they are available immediately. Rent is $600(in winter also) a month, and it includes Internet and Hydro. Bedroom #1: has great natural light and room for additional furniture etc. Bedroom #2: has good storage, but no window so it is well suited to someone working nights, or someone who just likes to sleep in. There is plenty of room in the shed for storing bikes and ski etc, and the living room is very spacious for 3 people. The kitchen isnt massive, but has everything you need.
