I have a beautiful two bedroom modern apartment in Highgate Hill (Brisbane - between West End and Southbank) available for rent from March this year, when I head overseas. Im putting the place up for rent furnished, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, TV, 4-person couch, fully equipped kitchen, small dining table, bookshelves, side tables, plus everything you need to live here (since I currently do live here!). There is one special addition - I am renting the place and Ramses my cat is part of the rental. Ive been trying to find a new home for him but I think he would be a whole lot happier if he could stay in his house and have some wonderful people rent the apartment and look after him too. Because of this I am charging less rent to compensate for Ramsess upkeep. I was quoted $600 a week furnished, or $500 a week unfurnished, Im charging $500 a week furnished + cat. There is fibre optic internet available because it is in the southbank exchange. There is a pool in the complex you can use anytime, a large one car garage space, and two guest car parking spaces within the secured complex. I am after a 12 month lease minimum, with likely options to renew for second and third years assuming everything goes well.
