I have a contractor that fixed a sewer system for me. The ground has settled and now presents a serious safety issue. I have had numerous promises of it is going to be fixed. He removed the dirt that was left over and had indicated he would repair the mess. Now he insists that I pay for the dirt to fix this AGAIN. I am at a point where I feel he has left me in a pickle. It has been almost 2 months. I would like for anyone to give me suggestions as to how I should proceed from here.
