I have a few questions ladies, being a first time mom Im nervous about EVERYTHING! I just spoke with my doctors nurse about a few things and Im still kind of confused. 1. I had asked for a cervical length scan (which Im now getting next week) to test for a possible incompetent cervix. (something google now has me worried about lol so have any of you ladies experienced this?) 2. she said she was going to talk to my insurance because my ob wants me to get a perinatal ultrasound done (since twins are high risk) around 19/20 weeks (which is 3 weeks away). Have any of you ladies had that done? If so, what does the perinatal ultrasound include? sorry for the amount of questions the nurse was trying to be helpful but I had no idea what she was talking about and I didnt want to waste her time asking a bunch of questions she probably couldnt answer since she doesnt work in the perinatal unit.
