I have a huge problem that I need suggestions in solving! I live in an apartment building. My bedroom faces the alley where we store all the recycling and garbage bins. I have been awake since 4:45 this morning because of people going through the bins for liquor bottles and beer cans. Now before the bleeding hearts start freaking out! These are not homeless people or mentally ill for that matter going through the bins. They are clean, well attired, fully compus mentus, and retired individuals who dont think walking onto private property and disturbing peoples sleep for pocket change is any violation. This isnt one person a day. Ive counted five people and its only 14:10 pm. I mean get a life people! I have thought of moving the bins but space is limited. I have also considered starting a petition in the building amongst the residents. Im very frustrated.
