I have a question? I received an e-mail from a place of business that we purchased something from. In feb of 2012. Stating they were charging $4.37 to my account which will go on my visa that I used back then Its. a 6.2% state of ill tax. We called and they said they just signed this bill that they have to start collecting state tax and going back two years also. If you refuse to pay You go on a list that says you dont want to be charged. Upon request. The state can ask for this list and then come after us or somehow go thru our income tax to get their money. The tax is called a use tax. They gave me a web sight but was not right one. Has this happened to anyone else yet.
