I have a question.. Next door to me has a tree on their side of the fence but ALL the growth is in my garden. Now I didnt have a problem with it until I went to hang washing out yesterday and heard a humming sound. If you see the pictures, the underside of the tree and all over and in my small greenhouse are wasps. My question is - can I ask permission to get it chopped. Id like to take it out all together because then it would give my garden much more light. Many thanks. Xx
