I have a slight dilemma re dangerous faults: The pupil committed - TopicsExpress

I have a slight dilemma re dangerous faults: The pupil committed 2 serious faults on test today, 1 on PP where he took a very steep angle on a narrow road and when he moved the car forward, the ex stepped on the brake as it looked like he might mount the grass verge on the opposite side of the road (it was a very narrow road). The other concerned normal position where the pupil strayed close to the kerb on a straight empty NSL road during the ID. When I looked at the sheet, it looked like the marks were in the D column. Maybe the carbon copy was slightly misaligned, or maybe the ex marked the wrong column. In any case, it looks like I could have 2 DFs logged against me in error. My concern is that if my stats are pulled, then the number of DFs will be artificially high. Some time ago, I had a meeting with a senior ex after a pupil complained about the conduct of her test. In this meeting he mentioned the number of DFs in relation to the safety of examiners. So, is it worth contacting the TC to see what the situation is?
