I have a specific prayer request tonight. They have stopped doing the cell treatment (photopheresis) because they feel that Dustin has reached the maximum benefit from it. They are stopping it while he is still there so that if something goes wrong he is in the right place. Please pray that the ECP did its job and that the GVHD is gone. He will be on steroids for it for a long time as well as the other med that he is on for it (sirolimus) and these both weaken the immune system and make him vulnerable to these infections we have been battling all year. Pray that it is gone and we can finally get rid of the GVHD. Thank you.
