I have absolutely no doubt in my mind whatsoever that McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission is going to go down in history as the Supreme Court case that destroyed the United States of America. For those of you that dont know, three days ago the Supreme Court struck down election donation caps. Corporations can now donate as much money as they want to whatever politician they want. If you though corporate control of the US government was already bad, just wait until the next election. Elections will now become auctions in which the Presidency or Congressional seat will go to the highest bidder.
