I have always had a love for powerlifting since I started weight training! I use to train alongside Chris Andrews few years back pushing big numbers until I changed my goals to compete as a muscle model. After two/three years of training for volume 40-50% of what I use to lift I built a great foundation for both muscle model and powerlifting. Early next year Im hoping to compete in a push pull comp. I use to be 75kg with a 190kg squat- 220dead and 165kgbench. Hoping to smash them numbers :)! This video is a 200kg-2 after 5 sets building up to this. Then I went into some volume training!!
