I have an elder friend who is desperately seeking housing in the Newport, Portsmouth, Middletown area. Has been renting the same house for over 20+ years and has to move out (with her daughter and son in law) by the end of September. They are ill-prepared for the current rental rates and have all their furnishings collected over a lifetime. If you know of any place that could use reliable tenants at a much lower than current rate please contact me. Perhaps as property caregivers? Thank you in advance!
