I have an idea how to fix the problem with veterans unable to receive medical benefits. Any veteran requiring medical assistance should go to a Bordertowne, throw away their wallet containing their ID and Social Security card - that way no one can prove they are American citizens. Then sneak across the border, hang around for about five hours and wait for border patrol to pick you up. The only words you should say are me no speaky, you will be deemed an illegal alien and before you could be sent back to Mexico you will receive any and all health care you require. Problem solved quickly while the VA gets its shit together.
