I have an idea that i beieve could change welfare in America.I believe in freedom but i also believe if youre getting something for nothing you should abide by the rules set up by each state. #1. Mandatory drug test to get govt. benefits and random drug screening to keep getting them.if you fail a test you have a minimum of 6 months before you can apply again(people make mistakes you have to give him a second chance). #2. You must be on some sort of birth control (not the pill) an implant ect. to recieve assistance (we are not paying for you to keep having kids).#3. Set up the bridge card just like W.I.C. all food items have to be approved (no more pop and candy). #4. You have to show proof that you have been looking for work at least 2x a month.#5.This is the biggest one! you cannot vote while youre on welfare. Just some ideas, what are your thoughts?
