I have an immediate long-term project opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator for our client in the downtown Chicago area. The consultant would provide marketing and administrative/operational support to the Marketing Director and Marketing team in the day-to-day execution of marketing plans; especially email campaigns. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications; 5 -7 years of experience in a marketing-related position with 2+ years of marketing coordinating experience in a financial institution; previous experience bookkeeping, A/P, or invoice processing; excellent writing and editing skills; strong MS Office skills; solid project management skills; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills, tremendous follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining deadlines; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working with all levels of corporate infrastructure.
