I have been a very busy bee today, with the hubsters help. Cleared out the keeping room (room next to kitchen with fireplace) and turned it into the dining room. I need to build our new table and will do that soon. Also need to make that black queen-size headboard bench so I can use that for one side of the larger table, with chairs on the other. Hubbys a bit bummed we took the sofa out as we do like spending time in the room during the colder weather with fire roaring...so have to come up with some comfy chairs and/or bench with cushion on bottom/back, etc...another challenge. I really wanted to have a more roomy family room since thats where we spend most of our time. So, Have a few things to get to fill in the space...will find or make some new end tables as I have plans in the master bedroom for the yellow ones....always something. Anywho, here are a few shots to show the progress. Im not sold on the dining room look for the moment, but once I get the larger, longer table built with planks and it matches the large kitchen island and find some comfy chairs and/or put my bench on one side for comfy seating, Ill be good....I think. Always a work in progress until its just right! Gray loveseat found a new home in hubbys office
