I have been asked by several of my friends why I have yet to weigh in with my thoughts on the exchange of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, for five of the most dangerous terrorist our military has ever captured. FYI…I’ve been on a mini vacation in Texas and try not to do such until I’m home, but I’m happy to know so many of my friends are awaiting what I think….maybe I should run for president in 2016??? LOL. So here goes, President Obama has gone on record letting the world know he has no problem using drones to kill Americans overseas that side with terrorist, I support that. That being said, per Sgt. Bergdahl’s former unit members and his own e-mails (keep in mind he walked off his post after making damning statements about America, and with no weapon, which at a minimum makes him a deserter), we just traded five of the world’s worst terrorist for an “American trader who should be charged with treason”! In the meantime President Obama has not only done nothing, he refuses to even talk about Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, a decorated honorable combat veteran incarceration in Mexico! It’s a sad day when American’s must sign a petition on the White House website (100,000 must sign), asking President Obama to demand the release of this Marine sergeant…pathetic! SSG. Douglas M.
