I have been avoiding doing this, but I am really enjoying reading others, so I thought I d play along. Here are 8 (thanks, Erin Kegley Adkins) things you may not know about me. Like or comment and I will give you a number. 1. My phobias include feet, feathers and stewed tomatoes 2. I LOVE (and will someday own) muscle cars....faves are 69 & 70 Novas and Barracudas 3. I dont have a favorite color, but my least favorite colors are brown and orange 4. I cannot stand disorganization - in my home, office, or any group I work with. I go so far as to make sure all labels face forward in my cabinets and like products MUST go together (ie: two cans of corn will ALWAYS be stacked on top of one another). I also always arrange markers, crayons, m&ms or other colored items in rainbow-order 5. I am not particular about my clothes - Walmart works for me - but I am a boot snob and only own expensive pairs. 6. I cry easily...weddings, funerals, movies, books, touching FB posts, the national anthem, etc 7. I was a queen in my younger days...Indiana Angus Queen, Indiana Beef Ambassador (the first one - it was formerly the Indiana Beef Queen), Indiana Lamb & Wool Princess and first runner-up in our county fair queen contest - the girl that beat me went on to be Indiana State Fair Queen, so I didnt feel too bad! 8. I hated kids until I worked as a counselor and horseback riding instructor at a summer camp the summer before my senior year in college. That job changed my whole life plans - and I knew then that I would always work with children in some way. BONUS: I have lived on a farm almost all my life and dont know how to drive a tractor....
