I have been cutting up chicken since I was seventeen. Started doing it for Tyson back in the summer of 1986. Been cutting whole fryers at home for more years than I Tcan count. I use the same old wood handle butchers knife every time. I have had this knife sharpened by a pro on more than one occasion. Honed it myself, wet stoned it myself and evenput it to the gringer myself. Everytime I tjought it was sharp. My wife bought me a sharpener with two different stones and two honing rods cris crossed next to that. I ran that dude through the sharpener before cutting up two chickens tonight, wow I just held the over it and it jumped into my buttetmilk by itself. Okay maybe not but it cut and split like it was nothing. I am impressed with this sharpener. Thanks honey you are awesome!
