I have been experimenting with tapping to release strong negative emotion with myself and friends - often called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). The points used are Chinese Traditional Medicine points and there is a lot of experiential and scientific evidence being found about its effectiveness to relieve anxiety and stressful emotion.
