I have been feeling very tired these past 3 months and have had an excessive thirst in addition to rapid weight loss, I finally took my friends and colleagues advice and went to a doctor. It turns out I have severe Type 1 Diabetes. Please pray for me as I learn how to manage my diabetes. I am terrified of needles and now find myself having to give them to myself fait as my body no longer produces insulin, I am quite nervous and scared but I would like to say thanks to my friends who have stood by me and continue to do so, a big big thanks to my very good friend Pamela Campbell, who has held my hand and encouraged me to seek medical treatment, She is not only a caring Nurse Practitioner but a very sweet co worker and friend.
