I have been hit with the first part of a Technique called aiming the spear (upper heal palm to the jam, then panther fist to the throat) Every time it has been an accident! However, everytime I have bit into the back of my tongue crashed I teeth and received a headache at the base of my neck. I would rather get almost anywhere and any other way than a heal palm to the jaw. Just saying. Biting the tongue every time? I can not figure out why, but that it what happens.
