I have been in the staffing business for over 12 years and have encountered all types of people during that time that are seeking employment. You have the college grads that cant find work, the stay at home moms trying to get back to work, the heads of household that are trying to make ends meet for their families, those with criminal backgrounds looking for a second chance, the doctors, lawyers and other professionals that have fled and left it all in their contries to come here looking for a better life, those that have lost it all and just need a little help. Ive heard their stories and have held back many tears. You realize everyone has a story and a struggle of their own. Sometimes we complain about such small things and forget to look around us and realize how truly blessed we are in comparison to others. I always have to remind myself to be nice to everyone you meet, as everyone is fighting some sort of battle.
