I have been inspired by a small business owner recently. He has the same trials as most of us, teenagers, work and living right. Recently his wife was diagnosed with cancer. Fortunately stage one. He still goes into work every day with a smile on his face and a desire to help those he meets. He personally greets and serves every customer that comes through his door. I have seen him give a lot of his time to educate and prepare the newly called missionaries, even if he doesnt get the sale. I have seen him help and build friendships with the missionaries in the area. I have watched him give product to missionaries that cant afford things. I have seen him donate product to doctors offices to help raise money for families in need. I have seen many businesses come and go that try and capitalize on the LDS church and its members. He is not one of them. He doesnt have a big nice house or a fancy car. He just loves to serve and help those that he can. He is the owner of The Missionary Depot ( https://facebook/MissionaryDepot ). It is a small store that focuses on the needs of missionaries. He has taught me to live my life with integrity and that it is important to serve others even if my trials are great. Life is not about making the almighty buck but about the relationships you cultivate.
